With our retail stores now closed, we are offering new delivery or pick-up options for our local customers;
Warrnambool, Koroit and Port Fairy customers
We are now offering no-contact deliveries on Tuesdays. For orders under $100 there is a flat $5 fee, for orders over $100 this delivery option is free. If your address is en-route Port Fairy to Koroit, or Koroit to Warrnambool you can select this option for delivery.
Portland and Hamilton customers
We are now offering no-contact deliveries on Thursdays. For orders under $100 there is a flat $5 fee, for orders over $100 this delivery option is free. If your address is en-route Port Fairy to Portland, Portland to Hamilton, or Hamilton to Port Fairy you can select this option for delivery.

FREE PICK UP IN STORE
Simply select ''Click and Collect'' for free collection in store. Please allow 2-3 weekdays for handling (please allow longer if purchase placed on weekends). You will receive a confirmation email once your purchase is ready for collection. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Click and Collect is only available Wednesdays and Saturdays 10am to 2pm. During this time, collection will be from our store Pash Collection 47 Sackville St Port Fairy 3284. Please ensure you have received confirmation that your order is ready for collection.

Flat rate of $8 will be charged for all orders. Express shipping is currently unavailable.

Our online orders will now be packaged with recycled and reused materials when available, as well as biodegradable bubble wrap. Please note that gift-wrapped purchases are currently an exception. We are also working on ways to give our customers the option to select a biodegradable post bag for online purchases.

We post all of our parcels through Australia Post. In addition to handling time, please allow 3-5 days for standard parcels.

Tracking is available on all parcels. Details will be emailed (or texted) once your items have been shipped.

At Evolve we are a small family run business. Our office team consists of one staff member on a part-time basis. We pride ourselves on our customer service, however occasionally mistakes do happen with inventory. Please be considerate, if there are any issues with your order, a member of our staff will be in contact with you as soon as possible to discuss and rectify.
