Please note, we have a strict 7 day window where we allow returns for an exchange or store credit only. Refunds will only be issued for items inspected and deemed by us as faulty. Please ensure you meet the following minimum requirements before contacting us to organise returns:

  • All items must be in their original, unused, unsoiled and unwashed condition.
  • All tags must still be attached.
  • All requests for return must be received within 7 days of receipt of goods.

Please choose carefully. There will be no credits or exchanges on change of mind purchases on clearance items. This includes items purchased during sales.

All return and subsequent postage (ie. for replacement) will be at your own cost. Initial postage paid will be deducted from the total credited, if free postage was received an $8 postage fee will be deducted from credit if all items are returned. Please ensure any return parcels have tracking included.

If you have requested an exchange, please include a return pre-paid postage satchel of adequate size for your exchange. If no satchel is included, a credit will be issued instead.

We reserve the right to refuse refund, exchange or replacement on all change of mind purchases if goods are not in original, unused condition. We are unable to exchange or refund any bathers, underwear or earrings due to health and safety regulations.

No credits, returns, exchanges or refunds can be processed in store for online purchases. Please do not try to return any items in store unless arrangements have been made to do so.



Unless alternate arrangements have been made, all return items will be issued an online credit. If you would prefer a credit for in store, please make sure you specify this on your return form.

Store credits cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, as they require a code to be used at checkout, and only one code can be used per transaction. You can use your online credit at anytime – there is no expiry date for credits. Please note, online credits must be used in full. Please ensure your purchase amount is equal to, or greater than, your credit amount.

If you would like to exchange your purchase, please include a return pre-paid postage satchel of adequate size for your exchange. If no satchel is included, a credit will be issued instead.

If for some reason the item you have requested to exchange with is unavailable, your prepaid satchel will be mailed back to you.



There will be no refunds on any change of mind purchases. Refunds will only be issued for items deemed to be faulty. Please ensure all items are inspected carefully upon receipt as all requests for refunds, exchanges or credits must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.

Please retain tracking information for all items returned to Evolve Lifestyle. If return parcels go missing, we will not be responsible for replacing or exchanging any items, and you will need to lodge a claim with your parcel carrier.
